Returns & Exchanges

At Allure Beauty Box, we want you to love your curated selection; however, due to the nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our beauty concierge at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Box

    Securely pack the products in their original box, include the RMA slip, and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the package.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
